History:
Since April 1885 the Martin Family has farmed the same farm and over the years added
acreage to grow to its present size. The H.W. Martin & Son Company was founded in
1936 by Harold Wise Martin and his wife Elta. At Harold's death the business continued
under the strong management of his son Robert. The business continued to grow and
is now under the ownership of Robert's son Harold W. Martin, and Grandson's H.
Jeffery and Robert W. Martin, the 4th and 5th Martin Generation.
